well, it's July, many things need to update~~

 

1. the most important one: Jane's the second record named "update" will be issued on 28th July! what I should do is waiting and waiting...

2. the movie"transformers" will be shown the next week! when back chengdu, it seems I never go to the cinema to watch a film, but this time, en, I will go! 11th July!

 

 

 

3. Harry Potter, the last book of Harrypotter series "Harry potter and the deathly hallows" will come to China this month! As a fan of harry potter, I have collected all Chinese and English version, so this one won't be lost~~ Also for the movie"Harry Potter and the order of Phoenix" will be shown in China 10th Aug!

hehe, Jane's new record will be expressed in July, and now all Liangfens are looking forward it, ofcourse incuding me  *^^*  one song in this will-come record has already faced to the public, its name: "we have made a promise" --Chinese: 我们说好的 I don't know its exactly English name, just guess, hehe, so this song is my first recomend song to you

 

and the sencond song I recommend: "Impression West Lake"--"印象西湖雨", which is melodized by the Japanese master: KITARO--喜多郎. It's really a very beautiful song, and it will have its Chinese and English version, now we only could listen to the Chinese version, but it's enough~~

 

As we have made a promise, we will enjoying our lives, share with my dear friends all~~

 

-_-# it seems not refresh here since I left Tianjin. Actually, I have back Chengdu for a whole month...However, even I am in Chengdu now, I do not live in Chengdu home for my workplace is a little more far (about 25 Km), so i may in my own room only at each weekend

 

for the abnormal weather in Chengdu, unfortunately, I got the flu and it cause the fever! Have no choice, I went to the hospital hoping to get better soon. Though it is a common case in life, I still feel more, and right in time, my sister show me a new noun: LOHAS, a new optimistic life style
Let's see the details:

 

LOHAS: (In Chinese, we could call it:乐活一族)Life style Of Health And Sustainabliity
Life, we must face the actual reality, but how to live, it depends on our attitude!
I wanna be living healthy and have a happy life

LOHAS's life:

clothes:
1: try to clean the clothes with less dry-clean, for the chemicals may damage to our body
2: try to have bodycontact clothes or towels made from organic materials
3: try to send the unused clothes to the recycle organization

 

eating:
1: try to eat vegetables and fruits produced in current season, so as to avoid harmful pesticide and chemical fertilizer. try to buy local food, which could reduce traffical fuel and redundant packs
2: try to be the part-time vegetarian people
3: try to take your own chopsticks, cups and bowls along while outting
4: try to keep diet balanced and multiple, do not eat so full

 

living:
1: try to live in a proper size, well ventilated and nice lighted house
2: try to use natural abstracted and biolytic cleanser
3: try to put a bucket under the trough to catch the droped water, which may use to clean the house
4: try to open the window and less air condition
5: try to less use refrigerator and less open the door

 

action:

1: try to use common traffic tools, like bus

2: try to walk your life

3: try to PM your car periodically to keey it in a good status

4: try to use the most IN environmental car
